Biography
Margaret E. Mace is the founder of Alpha Omega Concierge. Throughout a 20 year career in finance, Ms. Mace often needed the services of a personal assistant. Frustration over the inability to wait at home for any repairs or service and the lack of time to run a simple errand, added to the stress of a busy executive.

"As an equity trader, my focus was the computer and phone in front of me, so I was at my desk for at least eight full hours each day. I had no lunch hour and there was no opportunity to leave work to run to the pharmacy when the stock market was open."
 
As her career progressed, so did the demands on her time. Ms. Mace saw a growing need to outsource many of the tasks she no longer had time to manage. "As so many of us are finding lately, with the demands on our time, 24 hours in a day is not enough.
 
We have commitments to our employer, our family and our community. And we still have to pick up the dry cleaning! The days of live-in help are gone. We may not need someone everyday but on the days when we're over-scheduled we could really use some help. That extra hand one day a week, or twice a month would greatly improve our lives."
 
While managing the trading desk of a large investment firm, Ms. Mace honed her time management and negotiation skills along with attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
